We greatly appreciate you for visiting gelatotcg, the following statements below explain our shipping policy. The shipping costs is for shipping only and does not factor on how fast processing time is for orders.

Order Processing Time

As orders are placed, there is usually a 1-3 business day processing period for all orders. Packages will not be shipped/delivered on holidays.

Orders may take longer than the intended processing time if an influx of orders come in at once. Orders may be delayed by a few days, but once shipped out, it will arrive on a timely manner. If any issue are found, an email regarding the situation will be sent informing customers of said issues.

​Lost Or Damaged Packages

After packages are handed off to our carrier, FedEx, we are no longer liable as to what happens to your package. If anything were to happen to package, the buyer would become liable for any lost or damaged packages.

Fees

Gelatotcg is not liable for any fees that are placed upon packages during or after delivery. The customer will be responsible for any extra charges. (Customs, Tariffs, or Fees)
